With a degree in Chemistry, Bryan started his career in advertising just before the start of the new millennium. He was fortunate to have worked with the country’s most important creative leaders. After many years of working in advertising, he learned that creativity should ultimately be a force that moves forward humanity. And consequently, it should be measured not by awards but through the lives it has changed.
He found his purpose in coaching and mentoring young Creatives. He’s been entrusted to head TBWA\CADEMY, the training program of his current agency. Established in 2013, he’s discovered close to 90 young Creatives who are currently working in design, advertising, animation, entertainment and publication industries. He was nominated as Campaign South East Asia, Talent Management Person of the Year, in 2015 and 2016.
He’s built brands through relevant and memorable advertising. He has won awards and earned recognition from the world’s most important advertising festivals like Cannes Lions, One Show, Clio Awards, Spikes, D&AD, New York Film Festivals, AWARD awards, AdStars, Campaign Brief’s The Work and Adfest. He was a member of Grand Jury for Outdoor at New York Festivals, 2013 and 2017, Jury for Kidlat 2017, Jury for Tinta Print Awards 2017, Jury at Citra Pariwara 2017 and was a Jury member/Deputy Jury Head for Print and Outdoor at Adfest 2017.
