Agnieszka started working in advertising when there was not so much hype about being a woman in advertising. When the print was the king and nobody cared who stands behind the idea. One of her first print ads won the Cannes Lions Young Creatives competition in Poland. Then she went for „adults” awards in Poland and abroad – winning more than 20 KTR awards (Polish Advertising Festival), few Cannes Lion, the Eurobest Award, Golden Drum. She also was a finalist in Lions Innovation among 35 most innovative projects in the world. She made the agency the second most creative agency in Poland and won numerous other awards.
Agnieszka worked for the biggest and small local clients: IKEA, Fiat, AXA, Tena, Nivea, Shell, Mondelez, Nestle, Bayer and many many others. She also had the honour to be a President of YC Eurobest jury in Poland in 2016, and Polish edition of Cannes Lions YC Clients in 2017, member of Integrated Jury in Polish Advertising Festival 2017 and member of Print, Outdoor, Design and Integrated Jury at Cristal Festival in 2016 and President of Polish Advertising Jury.
