Since 2012 Patrik is a Creative Director at FCB Hamburg, Hamburg. He was at the Senior Art Director position at LeagasDelaney Hamburg in 2010-2011. Since 2007 till 2009 he was an Art Director at   Jung von Matt Werbeagentur, Hamburg. He also worked as a Graphic Designer at Jung von Matt Werbeagentur, was on Internship at Jung von Matt Werbeagentur. 

Since Sept. 2014 he is a member of the Art Directors Club für Deutschland.
