Luciana has 20 years of advertising experience in three different countries.
She worked as an Art Director at several agencies in São Paulo over 10 years. In 2007, she was invited to join the Leo Burnett Lisbon office as a Senior Art Director. In 2011, Luciana was promoted to Creative Director and, two years later, she became Executive Creative Director.
In 2013 and 2014, she was recognized as the Best Creative Director in Portugal by El Ojo de Iberoamérica. She also appeared twice at the top of the Creative Director’s ranking in Portugal released by the local Creative Club.
In 2016, Luciana was invited to join the LAPIZ team as Senior Vice President and Executive Creative Director. One year later, she was featured on Adweek's “Creative 100” list as one of the top 18 Executive Creative Directors in the U.S.
Luciana has also published a children’s book that is currently recommended by the «Plano Nacional de Leitura (National Reading Plan)» in Portugal.
